A successful night, filled with good friends, family and great atmosphere due to the music of our good friend, Eliza Doherty. Could not have hoped for a better opening night.

Personalised Portraits

'Poppi Dreamed...' a personalised portrait completed for Poppi's first birthday.

Experimenting with using floating frames with these mixed media works, seems to be a good way to present them. Binder medium has also proven to be a good way of sealing the collage without having to frame them with glass.

This month of April Kartel Espresso Bar in Cabarita will be showcasing a collection of my works for the next three weeks. My son, Milan, modelling one of the t-shirts in this line for children. This design is titled, 'The Hungry Caterpillar', obviously inspired by the children's classic. I thought it might be an interesting twist to make him eat a Greek Salad. I have begun experimenting with hand painting in different colours but have found it is best to limit the colour palette especially on coloured shirts.
